We do not offer any consultation, assistance or guarantee of any sort whatsoever i.r.t job placement in India or abroad or for any visa / immigration / admission application. We are service provider related to Visa, Immigration & Study abroad programs. Visas are issued by the respective Embassy / Consulate / High Commission, Reviews & Appeals and Immigration cases are decided by the relevant officials, Admissions are granted by the relevant education institutes. We cannot influence their decision(s) in any way whatsoever nor can we say or predict the time required for a decision on an application. We provide service based upon your direction, your information & your documents. It is agreed & accepted by you that all of the direction, information, facts & documents are true, correct & accurate in all respects. All fees & charges of any kind once paid to us are NOT refundable unless specified as "Refundable". Any & all risk(s) and/or liability(ties), of any whatsoever kind, associated with any work/application done or under process or to yet be done or processed, is the sole burden of the applicant(s) & we are responsible for it in any way whatsoever. No requests of any sort or manner will be entertained in regards to refund(s) until & unless the amount paid to us was clearly mentioned by us as refundable (fully or partially as the case maybe) in writing, notwithstanding that the amount has been paid and/or utilized by us on your behalf. If your application for a visa / immigration is granted then it is your responsibility to check the validity of the same for everything. We advise all clients/applicants not to make any bookings of any sort whatsoever in anticipation of the grant of a visa. Similarly we strongly advise all clients/applicants not to make any decision such as job resign, property sale, avail loans or and such similar action based on the application for visa/admission/immigration till the outcome of the application is received. Any such decision is the sole burden & responsibility of the client/applicant & we will not be responsible for any loss / inconvenience arising due to anything for any reason whatsoever. We also request that clients & applicants keep status inquiries both by phone & email to a minimum with us. It is very strongly advised that clients/applicants avail the sms update facility where available. The requirements for visa/immigration/other applications are subject to change without notice. The charges quoted in our emails are provisional & subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for the applicant(s)/client(s) passports and/or documents and/or fee/charges while the application is with us or in Transit or with the respective Embassy / High Commission / Consulate / Decision making authority. The Decision making authority reserves the right to ask for further documentation/personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application at their discretion. We will not be liable for the Delay in processing / rejection or refusal of any application. Processing time may vary on case to case basis. We are involved only in non-judgmental task of file preparation & form filling & do not play any further role in processing any application. Visa fee / Application fee / similar fee/charges and/or any other 3rd party fee as well as our fee is strictly payable upfront & is fully non-refundable & no request will be entertained in this regards whatsoever for any refunds or adjustments at any cost. Correspondence, including payment, beyond the initial conversation / meeting is considered as an acceptance of all the terms & conditions contained herein, as well as terms and conditions that may be shared in writing with the applicant(s) / client(s) / through email or in written as the case may be. We do not offer consultancy or assistance on overseas jobs / work permits / international or domestic placements. Your use of our website or our services is an agreement that you agree to all of the above.
